The Ventura Film Festival's founder and executive director was honored to take part, alongside numerous Hollywood elite, in the half-century commemoration of West Side Story and Hollywood's prestigious footprint/handprint ceremony honoring Oscar honorees Rita Moreno, George Chakiris, and legendary actor Golden Globe recipient Russ Tamblyn at the legendary Chinese Theater in Hollywood. This ceremony also acted as the official BluRay release by Fox and MGM of the classic West Side Story, which is commonly viewed by critics and fans as the finest musical of all time.
